Make Some Noise is excited to offer two new roles to enable children and young people to develop their personal resilience and thrive as a result of engaging in empowering music opportunities. Predominantly working with organisations across Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent, we are interested in challenging perceptions and offering new ways to move lives beyond disadvantage through music.

You will work alongside the Programme Development Officer to provide project coordination support on a range of inclusive music-making programmes.

There will be a focus on EITHER progression pathways and youth-led projects to enable and empower participants e.g. looked after children, emerging young musicians and young people at risk of marginalisation OR on social action/volunteering and marginalised groups e.g. families and school communities.
