Starting a New Community Group
Starting up a new community group can be a minefield, and most groups have no idea where to start. VAST can supply support to groups that are just starting out, assisting with areas such as legal structure, governance, business planning etc.
Funding Support
VAST can support charities, community and voluntary groups in creating fundraising strategies, assist with their implementation and maximise income generation through fundraising. We can support you with fundraising applications and searching for relevant grants.
Organisational Development
Our SFEDI accredited business advisors provide help and support in areas such as governing your organisation, business planning, funding strategy, developing policies and procedures.
Project Management
Project management is a discipline which enables you to plan, manage and deliver your project outcomes effectively within agreed timescales and budget. Good project management is critical, particularly for organisations that rely on grant or project funding for their sustainability.
Social Enterprise
If you want to set up a social enterprise VAST can support you through set up or help develop an exisiting organisation. We provide support and advice on developing your Social Enterprise business plan.
