With many organisations being ever more mindful of their relationship with local authorities and public bodies due to the effects of the recession, we want to make sure that your organisation is aware of the advice and advocacy service provided by Empowering the Voluntary Sector.

Bringing together the Compact Advocacy Programme and Public Law Project, we advocate on behalf of voluntary organisations who have experienced: less than three months notice being given at the end of a contract or grant; poor consultation practices; lack of three year funding; excessive monitoring requirements.
