Community Interest Companies

To form a Community Interest Company you must complete the following forms:
Form 10 - PDF download
Form 12 - PDF download
Form 36 - PDF download

If you are converting to a Community Interest Company you must complete:
Form 37

You will also need to have a Memorandum and Articles of Association, this can be with or without shares:
