The new Engagement Implementing Change Group is in the process of reviewing the Active Participation Strategy and developing an Engagement Strategy and Toolkit.
The Active Participation Strategy and Toolkit provides information, guidance and support for the development of the active participation of children and young people within services across the City. It also provides a list of contacts for support with active participation and engagement.
It has been developed in line with the ‘Hear by Rights’ material produced by the National Youth Agency.
The Children and Young People’s Participation Implementing Change Group (a multi-agency partnership) supports the implementation of the Strategy.
