Background
Set up in 1920, VAST is the a Local Development & Support Organisation (LDSO formally known as CVS) supporting the development of Voluntary and Community organisations (VCO) (now known as Big Society) and representing their interests at a strategic level. We are based in Hanley at the Dudson Centre in Hope Street - the Centre is also an invaluable resource for VCO’s.
